The Nature Clouds installation at the Field Museum in Chicago takes the concept of Biophilic Design to a whole new level by integrating vegetation into spaces in a unique and innovative way. The installation consists of four hanging gardens, each of which is equipped with an internal irrigation system. The hanging gardens are made from a bio-polymer derived from plant material and support plant life.. Each garden weighs anywhere from 5,000 to 18,000 pounds, creating a truly impressive spectacle that immerses visitors in a lush, green environment.
